I founded a school. How?
In 2021 I packed up my family and left the UK in the middle of a pandemic.
Not because I had a grand plan. Not because it made sense.
And definitely not because it was easy.
I just knew: This wasn’t it.
Something inside said,
“You’re building the wrong life.”
It put me in hospital. Twice.
Took me away fromy family.
So we left.

It’s been a week of commitments.
A phrase that came to me in my coaching calls, conversations and reflections - and especially in big decisions:
"Let go to commit."
People love keeping their options open. It feels smart. Flexible. Free.
But it can be an unconscious trap:
Keeping all your options open means you never really walk through any of the doors.
You’re just standing in the hallway. Waiting.
